When will NDI not be able to assist with license recovery or activation?

NDI may be unable to assist if the following are applicable:

  • No valid proof of purchase or license record can be verified

  • The upgrade was obtained through unauthorized channels

  • The request falls outside supported licensing or upgrade policies
