What if a factory reset removes my NDI license?
If a factory reset is performed and the NDI license must be reinstalled, the end user or manufacturer should contact NDI Support. NDI Support will verify the existence of the upgrade license by cross-referencing the sales order or upgrade code against NDIโs records and assist with reinstallation.
